1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, wiring, accessories, and manuals.

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been installed, mounted, or wired on any vehicle.
    Once installed, the accessory is considered used and cannot be resold or returned.

  • Products returned after 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Items showing signs of wear, modification, damage, or tampering.

  • Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect voltage, or external electrical issues.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival (DOA)

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photo/video evidence of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing and approving the claim.

Return Process

  1. Email our support team at the contact page to request a Return Authorization.

  2. Ship the item only after receiving approval and return instructions.

  3. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

Our LED Grill Emblems come with a limited 6-month warranty that covers:

  • Major manufacturing defects

  • LED strip malfunction

  • Internal wiring issues not caused by external damage

  • Non-functioning control modules (if applicable)

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, or voltage surges.

  • Physical damage, accidents, collision impact, or misuse.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Modification, cutting, or alteration of wiring/components.

  • Product failure due to third-party accessories or installation services.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact us with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

  2. Our team will review the claim to determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage.

  3. If approved, we will send a replacement part or full product at no additional cost.

  4. Warranty does not guarantee refunds—replacements are provided for qualified claims.

3. Additional Information

  • Warranty and return claims are handled during business hours only.

  • We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet the policy criteria.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Replacements shipped under warranty do not reset or extend the warranty period.
